Registration Fees: $180 per team or $30 per player (whichever is greater)

This invitational is open to HJJCC members and invited teams from RPJ, HCJ, MJC, JCI Honolulu, and FJC. JCI Hawaii Chapter members—please check with your Chapter Presidents if you’d like to join your chapter’s team!

Food preppers would also have a mandatory meeting the Friday before, 5/2/2025, from 6-8 pm at Harbor Court to review details. Come help out our fellow Jaycees and enjoy the cultural events and activities before our shift!

Members of the HJCC and HJJCC will have the opportunity to work together for the National Letter Carrier Day - Stamp Out Hunger event at the Foodbank. This is an annual event where letter carriers collect non-perishable food donations on their routes to benefit local foodbanks. Come mingle with HJCC members and contribute to the nation's largest one-day food drive!

The format for the election will be as follows:

  • There will be four (4) separate ballots:

    1. Executive Vice President

    2. Vice President of Community Development, Vice President of International Relations, Vice President of Management Development, and Vice President of Membership Development

    3. Secretary and Treasurer

    4. Directors at Large (6)

  • Voting is by secret ballot and voting by proxy is not allowed. A nomination committee has been appointed and nominees for the positions above will be announced shortly along with the details of the Election meeting.

  • In addition to candidates that are selected by the nomination committee, candidates may also be nominated via petition. Nomination may be made by petition bearing the signatures of at least ten (10) regular members. The petition shall be filed with the Secretary (info@hjjcc.com) no later than one (1) week before the election meeting.

  • Lastly, nominations can also be made from the floor. A list of nominees will be forthcoming.

This event is open to HJJCC Members only.  Seating is limited so RSVP as soon as possible. We do need a quorum to proceed with the elections, so please RSVP as soon as possible. If you are able to attend, please RSVP by Friday, May 23rd to David Torigoe at membership@hjjcc.com.

We have a fun and exciting cooking class coming your way! Learn how to make your own ramen with Chef Keaka Lee at Kapa Hale! 

Chef Keaka opened Kapa Hale in December 2020, a neighborhood eatery in Kahala serving brunch, lunch and dinner. Kapa Hale has a modern take on Hawaii Regional Cuisine, boldly highlighting our local farmers and ranchers while sharing stories of Chef's inspirations and local favorites. He is born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and received his pastry and culinary degrees from the Culinary Institute of the Pacific. He has worked for Alan Wong’s & 3660 On the Rise before moving to New York City to train at Gramercy Tavern, Le Bernardin, Eleven Madison Park, and Cafe Boulud.

Cherry Blossom Festival - Contestant Reception

The Cherry Blossom Festival (CBF) has begun and we would like to invite you to the 73rd Cherry Blossom Festival Contestant Reception. You can dance to some groovy music, drink, enjoy light pupus and participate in our lucky draw, all in support of the 73rd Cherry Blossom Festival at our annual Contestant Reception. We will also be featuring our first ever "Blossom Braddah" competition! Come out to support your fellow HJJCC members as they step into the shoes of a Contestant. Last but not least, we are offering a special discounted ticket to HJJCC members!

For those who may not be familiar with CBF, it is the HJJCC's biggest initiative of the year and holds the honor of being one of the longest, continually running ethnic festivals in the State of Hawaii. Contestant Reception is a great opportunity to learn more about CBF through a fun event and meet other HJJCC members.
