Sushi Social
We are excited to partner with Shokudo Japanese Restaurant and Bar for our next membership event - Sushi Social! Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to make sushi, enjoy food from the restaurant and mingle with other HJJCC members. The sushi class is limited to 20 members per day, so we will be offering 2 sessions. When: Sunday, October 6th, and Sunday, October 27th. Check in 2:45 PM, Sushi class 3-4 PM, Socialize 4-5 PM. Test you knowledge of the HJJCC or learn more about the organization through HJJCC Trivia. Tuesday, September 3rd, Registration: 5:30 PM; Program: 6:00 PM, Dave & Buster's Sport Lounge (1st level), $20 HJJCC members, $30 guests . Heavy pupus, no host bar.

Prayers on Wings 5th Annual Fundraiser
On Sunday, September 25, HJJCC members participated in the fifth annual Prayers on Wings Fundraiser at Salt Lake Elementary School. HJJCC members challenged participants at giant Jenga and Tic Tac Toe! We had a great time supporting Prayers on Wings.

Adopt-A-School Day at Keoneula Elementary School
On Sunday, October 11, 2015, the HJJCC participated in Adopt-A-School Day at Keoneula Elementary School in Ewa Beach.
Members helped paint the school driveway and cleaned up weeds and debris in the garden and hydroponics area.

Membership Mixer at Honolulu Beerworks
On August 26, 2015, Members of the HJJCC met for the first membership mixer of the year at Honolulu BeerWorks. It was a great opportunity for new members to meet the board and learn more about our organization.
